• Demi Design: approximately 6–8 weeks

• Essential Design: approximately 4–6 weeks.

• VIP Design Day: delivered in one day (with a 1-3 day prep window prior to beginning your session).

• Hourly Design: scheduled with designer and completed same day.

• Timelines may vary slightly depending on project scope and content readiness. All details are confirmed at the start of your project.

Before your project begins, you’ll receive clear preparation guidelines outlining what’s needed, including your website copy, images, brand assets, and instructions on how and where to provide them. Being prepared ensures a smooth, focused, and intentional design process.

For Signature Design, Demi Design and Essential Design Projects:

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your project date on our design schedule, with the remaining balance due upon completion prior to handoff.

A contract is provided that outlines payment terms, scope of work, and a detailed project schedule. We'll send you an invoice that you can pay directly via debit or credit card for your convenience.

For VIP Design Day and Hourly Design Packages:

These packages are purchased directly on our site. Once purchased, your time is reserved on our design calendar and your project will be scheduled with our design.
